Fees

Life coaching sessions can be undertaken face-to-face at my practice in Hampton Hill, online using Skype or over the telephone.

The current costs are based on the length of time of each session and my current rates are as follows:

30 minute session - £25
60 minute session - £40
90 minute session - £60

Discounts are available if multiple sessions are booked in advance.

Clients are often given exercises and homework to complete between sessions so that they can get the greatest value from each coaching and therapy session.
